We have a location!
That's right! Harbottle Brewing Company officially has a building. We are proud to join our fellow brewers in the rapidly-growing Industrial Brewing District. Our new home is at 3820 South Palo Verde Suite 102. Only minutes from Downtown and Kino Stadium.
Who we are
Michael Figueira, Sam Kraock, and Andy Schlicker. Just three guys with a passion for beer and a dream to brew and share it with the world. Harbottle Brewing company believes in one simple philosophy. Innovation and quality over common and quantity. In addition to our sleepless nights spent planning the brewery and handling the endless sea of paperwork, we are also working hard to breath new life into old and tired beer styles. Pilot batch after pilot batch of beer is being turned out weekly. Each time, fine tuning and tweaking our recipes and techniques until we achieve the perfect beer. From barrel-aged sour Saisons to oatmeal Pale Ales, you'll find we never cut corners. Rich, complex flavors is what craft beer is all about and Harbottle Brewing Company is serious about craft beer.
Collabs, Collabs, & More Collabs!
1/11/2016 We've had a great time brewing with some of our brothers in Tucson. So first off a huge thank you to Allan at 1912, Mike and Cody at Public Brewhouse, and Dan and Mike at Borderlands. Together we have made some really amazing beers in the last few weeks. More are to come very soon. In the works are collaborations with 1912 Brewing, Public Brewhouse, Borderlands, and Iron John's. Once we have finished all of these delicious creations, we will release them all at a massive party at Tap & Bottle. Why are we doing this? Because it's damn fun! Also this is all part of our KickStarter campaign which we will launch at the Tap & Bottle release party April 7th at 5pm.
